ShipMatrix Platform Overview

One platform · one source of data · one cockpit

Five disciplines — Structure, Coating, Electrical, Machinery, Piping — plus three platform capabilities (WMS, Certificates, Drawings) — one data base-map for the whole ship.

Electrical v4.3 is live; every other discipline reuses the same four-layer data architecture and methodology, rolling out in the cadence of actual yard processes.

Whole-ship data architecture

Discipline modules and platform capabilities stay decoupled, but they're unified through TagMaster / subsystems / milestones.

L1

Layer 1 · Five disciplines

Structure / Coating / Electrical / Machinery / Piping — each with its own MC / Punch / PAT / FAT closed loop

L2

Layer 2 · Three platform capabilities

WMS / Certificates / Drawings — cross-discipline platform capabilities

L3

Layer 3 · Unified data base-map

TagMaster equipment master + subsystem / system layer + milestone nodes — one source of data for the whole ship

L4

Layer 4 · AI weekly report & cockpit

Vercel AI SDK + Zod schema whitelist, structured output, zero fabrication

Two screens: today's work, and where the fleet stands

One body of inspection data. The quay gets a list every morning; management gets five hulls side by side. Both shots are the live production build.

01

Daily inspection board

Every inspection raised for the day, split by hull and filtered by discipline, with counts shaded by how heavy the load is. One tap copies a broadcast straight into WeChat. The board is public — nobody signs in on the quay.

Inspection completion progress

Five hulls side by side, led by commissioning rather than overall build, because commissioning is what stands between a hull and delivery. Progress is scored against the curve the delivered first-of-class actually walked, not against the calendar, and the verdict is stated in days behind.

Start with the live Electrical module

Electrical is the best showcase of our methodology — one walkthrough tells you what the full ShipMatrix platform is made of.
